Sample Coordinator

Overview

Our client is looking for a Sample Coordinator local to the San Francisco area!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure samples are received in a timely manner for each seasonal flow.
• Keep samples organized and maintain records to track receiving information.
• Communicate with Merchadising team to discuss arrivals and delays.
• Build rapports with Brand MAs.
• Assemble copy fact sheets using several systems.
• Support entire team with other projects.

Requirements:

• Experience in Sample Coordinating/management
• Someone highly self sufficient
• Someone with experience in a fast paced office environment

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $21.50 to $23.89 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
