The role involves collaborating with product teams to ensure the design system is flexible enough to accommodate various needs while maintaining platform-wide consistency. About the Role:

Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Content Designer to contribute to their design systems team and enhance user experiences across all products. • Collaborate with product designers to develop new components and patterns for the design system.
  • Create or contribute to high-fidelity design mocks using Figma.
  • Provide accessibility specifications for design system components and patterns.
  • Develop and maintain content design standards and guidelines.

  • Work closely with engineering, design, research, marketing, and data science teams to bring products from conception to launch.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Experience working with design systems, including developing components, patterns, or foundations.
  • Experience creating content design standards and guidelines.
  • Proficiency in taxonomies and terminology.
  • Examples of wireframes or design mocks co-authored with design tools that have driven team decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers.

Compensation:

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $84.47 to $93.86 per hour, based on several factors, including education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
