Aquent Studios is looking to hire Graphic Designer/Art Directors for our leading global Pharma client. 

Role Overview: The Graphic Designer enhances the visual aspect of marketing content, working closely with the team to bring AI-generated assets to life. This role involves applying design principles to format, refine, and visually elevate content, ensuring it aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives, and maintaining a consistent visual identity across all assets created (website, social media platforms, emails etc.).

Tasks:

  • Design and format visual content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and articles.

  • Create graphics for product mode of action, ensuring a balance between aesthetics and information.

  • Develop engaging images for social media (LinkedIn, Meta), emails and articles.

  • Work closely with prompt experts and Content Editor to integrate visual and textual content seamlessly.

  • Participate in ideation sessions with the rest of the team: online and in-person (Boston)

  • Apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing assets (e.g., consistent look and feel for social posts: carousels, text-based animations, etc.).

  • Provide visual content feedback and suggestions for improvement.

  • Utilize design software to create high-quality graphics and layouts.

  • Develop and edit format of pre-localized assets with the GenAI tool to ensure good adaptation to market/brand requirements and enhance the visual design (e.g., create engaging graphics).

  • Engage with customers through email marketing campaigns and social media, ensuring compelling visual content.

  • Leverage advertising expertise to create visually appealing and effective ad campaigns.

 

Skills:

  • Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design.

  • Experience in designing for various digital platforms and formats.

  • Art direction/Craft: ability to execute and templatize is key.

  • Use of Adobe Creative Suite; motion design is a plus. Use of Figma as the preferred web design tool.

  • Understanding and experience creating  prompts for text-to-image generators.

  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity.

  • Familiarity/experience with AI image creation tools such as Midjourney, etc.

  • Proficiency in Veeva and SFMC platforms.

  • Strong skills in customer engagement via email and social media.

  • Previous expertise in advertising, with a focus on visual content creation for marketing campaigns in the US market.

  • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

  • Experience in facilitating and managing co-creation sessions will be as plus

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail

  • Pharma/Life Sciences/Biotech experience is preferred

 

Compensation Range: $60 -70/hr DOE

The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
