The Marketing Program Development Team began in support of Global Brand Imaging (GBI): a team that provides compelling, informative images that elevate our client’s Brand vision. The department continues its connection to GBI, while expanding to serve Marketing at a global level across product, content and studios to develop sustainable programs that meet the long-term vision of our client’s digital-first strategy.

The team is seeking a Project Manager with experience in Marketing or Creative environments, to work closely with the Program Development team on a variety of Marketing and Studio development projects. This role will collaborate across Global and Geography teams, along with key partner functions of the organization, to ensure unified strategy, sequenced execution and implementation of a worldwide critical path, including projects that arise related to that body of work and support on implementation of new business projects in GBI.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an organized, energetic person, with project management experience working in a Marketing Brand or Creative studio, who is very comfortable working in ambiguous environments. The Project Manager will have proven flexibility, demonstrating the ability to work with many job functions at a time to drive clarity and bring people together when they are resource constrained and have their focus on other work. A candidate for this role will be able to show their expertise in tracking schedules, connecting the right people and driving stakeholders to solutions among constant change.

This role requires communication and collaboration across Marketing, Creative, Strategy/Planning, Finance, Technology. Human Resources and GBI businesses to connect people together. The Project Manager should have the proven ability to understand their audience and communicate clearly on multiple levels across many projects.

The business is always changing, and it is important for the Project Manager to have the skills to work cross-functionally with people in different business units, that may have opposing business goals, to keep the work moving forward. The person needs to be confident in their ability, humble in their approach, and resolute in their decision-making.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you’ll be working with the Program Development team daily to support new program development with transition management and scheduling techniques, as well as drive projects that arise and are delegated from the Sr. Director. This person will be responsible for project planning and implementation activities such as collecting requirements, identifying project teams, scheduling, tracking progress and reporting results.

The daily routine will change often based on priority across the department. You will be part of the work to determine the workflow across many teams/studios and partner with Marketing technology on the development of tools and processes that support GBI/Marketing and improve their work through applying the appropriate project/program management principles.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
There will be an ongoing need to connect with GBI, Marketing, Creative, Real Estate, Finance, and Technology to build projects plans from little information, coordinate work, track answers down, unblock issues, share next steps, follow-up on action items and get people, with already full schedules, to come together and provide the information you need on projects.

The teams will change and as you go farther along in project tracking, more people will need to be involved. Solid partnerships are important; this role needs someone who can build trust and understand the value of all the players.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, strategy or related field
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Photo, Marketing Ops, or equivalent.
