WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager who can influence and drive strong ownership, drive deliverables to completion, and help build a culture of collaboration where every voice is heard! The ideal candidate will be seasoned in program management within the technology space with strong organizational change and communication skills. This person will have substantial, demonstrated experience in an agile and program model structure. This role requires a candidate who is strong at building relationships across functions to align strategies and drive execution. This person will be a strategic problem solver with an ability to prioritize multiple and competing priorities while driving a plan to execution. This individual will play equal parts problem solver and doer, tackling the roles of strategist, operator, influencer and delivery specialist, and create an inclusive team environment that inspires a diversity of perspectives and bold ideas.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
This role will lead programs and will be responsible for the end-to-end timely, on budget technology execution of the program, actively engaging key business and technology portfolio partners to ensure opportunities, risks and issues are understood and addressed. In Technology Operations (Tech Ops), the Senior Technical Program Manager will interact with multiple Engineering teams. Tech Ops delivers and operates foundational technologies to athletes* around the world by driving engineering and operational excellence, ensuring a seamless modern experience at every touchpoint. Tech Ops is a Global team centered around engineering and operational excellence.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You’ll work with multiple Businesses and Engineering teams at our client to help create world-class consumer experiences, as well as to understand the needs of the program, develop and execute a program communications plan, utilize program collaboration tools and manage the delivery of key technology solutions into market. You will work closely to coordinate with other Technology teams on dependencies across the portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience; self-motivated, with a high sense of accountability, urgency, and drive.
  • Formal training in project or portfolio management methodologies and/or certifications
  • Experience running and executing multi-million-dollar budgets(>5M) across multiple technology platforms and business areas
  • Outstanding collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to clearly connect with business stakeholders, and Technology teams
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated proficiency with technical programs/projects
  • Proven knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies including SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum, as well as traditional waterfall methodologies
  • Solid experience in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Confluence (or similar tools)
  • Deep experience with tools such as Aha!, JIRA and Confluence

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $53.99 to $59.99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
