Digital Asset Management Specialist

Overview

Our well known tool company client is looking for a Digital Asset Management Specialist to help with a project starting in October:

 

This is initially a 2 month project with a likely extension to approx 6 months

This is a fully remote role, working within any time zone but preferably close to Pacific hours.

40 hours per week

 

*A background check will need to be completed/cleared prior to starting this assignment*

 

We are planning to implement an updated Digital Asset Management system over the October – December timeframe.

 

It would include:

• Uploading images/files to the DAM

• File naming and tracking/documenting shared assets

• Understanding meta tagging, naming conventions, and batch processing

• Some resizing of images (photoshop)

• Strict attention to detail with tedious work is required

• Ability to self manage and update team on their progress along the way

 

The system we are using is called OTMM Text Media Manager. If they had experience in this, that would be ideal.

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $32 to $36 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
