Digital Illustrator

Overview

Our client is looking for a Digital Illustrator who has experience with architectural visualization and rendering interiors!

We are looking for someone to join our team who has a strong eye for design and illustration. This candidate will play a key role with illustrating assets for the creative team. Projects will rely heavily on leveraging 2D illustration derived from 3D and photo image sources. This role will be a part of the visualization process for sourcebooks and photography. Candidates must have strong vision and great attention to detail.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leverage and combine 2D illustration with photoshop to allow the creative team to iterate design ideas quickly
• Must be able to draw in perspective.
• Ability to use 3D rendering is a plus but not required.
• Support the creative team leaders to produce visuals of interior design concepts for sourcebook photography.
• Produce images that explore product placement, camera angle, and set design.
• Illustrations and renderings produced will be used for approval at the executive leadership level. The deliverables will be leveraged by the photo team and will illustrate how to capture the images on set.
• This role will require working on multiple projects simultaneously as part of a team.
• Projects will involve collaborating with other designers, stylists, and product developers, while demonstrating a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Accept critiques and make changes while delivering results quickly and consistently.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Portfolio showcasing superior architectural illustrations, and spatial planning.
• Background or degree in Architecture or design field
• Advanced architectural drafting, illustration, and sketching skills
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Proficiency in 3D rendering is a plus.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 – $58/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
