Our client is seeking a talented Senior Front-End Developer to join their dynamic team. In this consultant-to-hire role, you will lead the transformation of legacy applications, playing a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s growth. You’ll work on high-impact projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where innovation and technical excellence are key.

As a key contributor, you’ll leverage your expertise in front-end technologies like React and React Native to deliver scalable solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts and business owners, to ensure software aligns with business goals. Your hands-on coding skills and communication abilities will help drive the success of mission-critical projects.

Core Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development, specializing in React / React Native.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements and wireframes into scalable front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience building web applications with modern frameworks and development methods.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on existing codebases while driving best practices.
  • Collaborative approach, thriving in Agile and user-centered design environments.
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with Figma and working alongside designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, and Telephony systems.

Education:
Bachelor’s (Preferred)

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to $65/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
