Aquent Studios is seeking an Employee Communications Specialist to join the Employee Support communications team of one of our top tech clients. The ideal candidate will excel in writing, communication, and organization. We are looking for someone who can adeptly manage responsibilities and engage with stakeholders to deliver results.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Employee Success leaders to execute developed strategies and messaging to ensure that our communications deliver impactful communications across all innovative programs and success stories.

  • Collaborate and execute engaging and memorable cross-channel communications (including Slack, emails, digital screens, blog posts, videos, etc.) that raise awareness of key initiatives and inspire employees to take action.

  • Collaborate with the broader communications team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

  • Collaborate closely with Employee Success teams, including Learning and Development, Talent Management, Employee Listening, Benefits, and Compensation.

  • Ability to execute cross-channel content for company-wide communications, especially in Slack! 

  • Influence stakeholders to ensure communications are compelling and aligned with the desired tone. 

  • Track and analyze results, applying key learnings to continuously improve future communications, content, and engagement strategies and messaging to ensure that our communications are both persuasive and consistent with our intended voice and style 

  • Measure the effectiveness of communications and apply key learnings to enhance future content and engagements 

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years working with an internal communications team or employee engagement

  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to convey information in an engaging and inspiring manner. located in

  • Pacific or Mountain Time to be considered for this opportunity

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute tactically.

  • Passionate about fostering a positive and supportive work culture.

  • A team player with a proactive and self-starting attitude.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement.

  • Ability to work directly with stakeholders to gather information needed and present work
