POSITION: Senior Regional Sales Manager (Agricultural Drone)

SALARY: $150,000-$179,000

Job Description:

A leading drone company with a new Agriculutural Dept and is seeking an experience, Mandarin-speaking Sr. Regional Sales Manager to join their team, focusing on Crop Protection Equipment and Unmanned Aerial Spraying Systems (UASS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international CPG sales experience! This role is responsible for driving sales growth, increasing market share, and strengthening the company’s presence in the region. The position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a focus on developing and executing strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for Crop Protection Equipment and UASS, enhancing market share and penetration.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and create comprehensive market analysis for the region.
  • Build and manage strong business relationships with dealers and distributors to ensure alignment with company strategies and goals.
  • Monitor and analyze competitive activities within the region and communicate insights and strategies in a timely and effective manner.
  • Organize and lead local marketing and promotional activities, including product demonstrations, regional exhibitions, and product training sessions.
  • Coordinate with dealers and distributors to create and manage digital content that promotes the company’s products and brand.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

  • Mandarin proficiency, reading and writing. 
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of international CPG sales experience. 3C Tech and/or Agricultural Machinery/Supplies sales experience are a plus! 
  • Strong communication skills, including technical presentation abilities, sales negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Outgoing, reliable, and influencial with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for thinking on their feet and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and appointments simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to convey complex or challenging messages clearly and persuasively.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to travel as required; work-from-home options can be negotiated.
