Our leading Fintech client is looking for a Product Manager to join their Identity Risk Product team!

Overview:

  • Manages and administers product planning, design, development, documentation, and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Gathers and prioritizes product and customer requirements, defines the product vision, and works closely with R&D, engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and support to conform to the company’s quality system procedures for design control and to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. 
  • Ensures that the product, and possibly the marketing efforts, supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
  • Defines the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Delivers product requirement documents and marketing requirement documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification. 
  • Runs beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples. 
  • Develops the core positioning and messaging for the product. 
  • Performs product demos to customers. 
  • Maintains expertise with respect to the competition. 
  • Acts as a leader within the company. 
  • May work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities. 
  • May set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals, develop sales tools and collateral, and brief and train the sales force.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Working with UX/consumer teams, analytics, and other business owners. 
  • Account Protection / Account Security / 2 Factor Authentication. 
  • Looking at user experiences, working with decision science and analytics and other risk teams to make sure no existing prod trends, mitigating fraud, etc. 
  • Reviewing performance and KPIs to make sure different projects that they are working on to make sure deliverables are on time.

Must haves:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Data driven decisions technical background
  • Ability to define and engineer requirements
  • Business acumen and strategy

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in payments and fintech/risk specifically
  • Experience working with other PM’s or leading PM teams

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $52.67 to $58.52 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
