As a Recruiting Participant Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to support our clients research activities. We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills, are diligent, detail-oriented, and can work independently. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with researchers to understand study needs, maintain constant communication on recruiting progress, and meet their specified goals in a timely manner.
  • Recruit research participant candidates drawn from enrollees in our public program, customer databases/lists, and employee referrals.
  • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, and appropriate qualifications using online questionnaire responses and phone interviews.
  • Coordinate the logistics of user research, including participant scheduling, facility scheduling, distribution of incentives, and working with vendors.
  • Leverage creative solutions to develop a participant pipeline & strategy to populate and maintain a participant database.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently on multiple projects at once.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Client/customer-facing experience.
  • Work experience in any of the following areas:
    • Coordination/administrative/project management support.
    • High-touch customer support.
    • Recruiting (whether for study participants or job candidates).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Google Apps including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Analytics, etc.
  • Knowledge of NDA and privacy best practices, including opt-in.
  • Experience with database technology, including queries and reporting.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Project management experience.
  • Experience engaging and coordinating between teams.
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects and multiple teams.
  • A willingness to try new things and independently manage tasks.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a coordinator/entry-level position.

This is not a research role but focuses on the coordination and operations side. Office administrative/assistant experience is highly relevant and valued.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28/hr to $32/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
