Are you a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in Big Tech? We’re looking for an Executive Assistant III who can expertly manage calendars, plan large-scale events, and support senior directors with precision. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a knack for anticipating needs, we want to hear from you.

This is a hybrid assignment in Cupertino; M/F remote, T/W/Th Onsite

As Executive Assistant:

  • Manage daily calendars for 2 to 4 Directors and Senior Directors.
  • Handle expense reports, including entering, validating, and closing them.
  • Plan and execute meetings and team events for groups of 100+ people.
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements.
  • Support bookkeeping and budgeting within compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain and update databases for financial, personnel, and other information.
  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary.
  • Assist other administrative staff as needed.

Skills Required

  • Experience: 10+ years in various roles within Big Tech.
  • Team Management: Proven facilitation and communication skills with large teams (50+ people).
  • Proactive Planning: Ability to anticipate needs and plan ahead.
  • Education: Preferred degree in Arts or Business, but not mandatory.
  • Attributes: Collaborative, high-energy, self-starter, quick learner, and team player.

Additional Responsibilities (Nice to Have)

As Project Manager:

  • Plan small to medium projects.
  • Track tasks and owners, providing regular status updates.
  • Close projects and summarize outputs.

As Multimedia Communications Expert:

  • Manage a Knowledge Management site using Atlassian Confluence.
  • Create impactful Keynote presentations.
  • Format and send special communication emails to the team.
  • Manage access to Adobe Stock.

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $55/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
