We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Agency clients team on a part time basis. This role with 20 hours a week with the possibilty of expansion. The Account Manager owns the client relationship to ensure a superior client experience by providing strategic insights, coordinated execution of contracted services exceptional relationships and providing targeted cross-sell activities that lead to business growth.

  •  Account Managers will interact with internal team members and external business partners to ensure that Agency is providing high quality services.
  • Account Managers maximize client retention by delivering strategic insights and guidance to clients and our team to continuously improve our client’s results and satisfaction, while escalating concerns, challenges and opportunities.
  • Account Managers are responsible for client education of new offerings and solutions and generating additional revenue opportunities for the Agency by delivering best-in-class reporting, insights, and results.
  • The role will include implementation of digital marketing campaigns designed to increase online traffic and acquire new customers or leads, and campaigns to retain existing customers and nurture leads.
  • Identify growth opportunities with clients and nurture organic growth of accounts
  • The ideal candidate is a responsible and detail-oriented individual who will take on a wide array of responsibilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the client’s programs from the onboarding process, creating and executing plans for services, providing recommendations, managing service delivery, program optimization, analysis and presentation of performance
  • Be the primary point of contact for the client for day-to-day account needs
  • Diagnosing client needs and then implementing strategies to help drive traffic, leads and revenue
  • Work as liaison between client and internal departments to coordinate execution of contracted services, upsell opportunities, and troubleshoot delivery and performance issues
  • Cultivating relationships with existing clients to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Proactively use data, trends, market insights, and logic to develop tailored client recommendations and opportunities for continued success.
  • Assist team with preparing sales pitches and presentations
  • Developing a deep understanding of Agencies entire product and service offering, and relevant best practices

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 4+ years in Agency Account Management (B2C clients is a plus)
  • Self-motivated to dig in to learn about products, technology, customers, and competitors
  • The right candidate will demonstrate a strong desire to own projects and possess strategic thinking skills
  • Process oriented with a strict attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
  • Able to contribute to a team while working with other departments and logically prioritizing various requests and responsibilities
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills in a consultative, client-facing environment
  • PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills (working with pivot tables, chart making, and manipulation of large data sets is a bonus)
  • Ability to communicate performace and KPI’s from with Google Analytics, SEO, Paid Search and Social Media marketing.
  • BA/BS degree preferred

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $45. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
