Aquent has launched a native Model Context Protocol, or MCP, server.

MCP is an open protocol that allows AI agents and LLMs to connect to external systems in a standardized way. By publishing job opportunities from our Fortune 500 and enterprise clients through MCP, Aquent is making live job data available in a format that AI tools can query directly.

What this enables:

🚀 Programmatic access: AI agents and LLM based tools can now query enterprise job opportunities through Aquent in a structured way.

✅ Authoritative data: The server exposes live, human vetted job data connected to active enterprise hiring demand, helping reduce reliance on scraped or outdated listings.

🔎 Improved discoverability: As more job seekers use AI tools to search and navigate the market, making job data accessible to those systems becomes increasingly important.

💡 Infrastructure for emerging workflows: This supports a shift toward more agent mediated job discovery, where connectivity, context, and direct access to source data will matter more.

Previously, as Chief Marketing Officer for Deloitte Canada and Chile, Jason led a comprehensive strategic transformation of the firm’s marketing function, implementing a data-driven approach that elevated Deloitte’s brand to a market-leading position and directly influenced over $2 billion in new business opportunities. Prior to Deloitte, Jason was the founding principal of deecipher, a boutique marketing and branding agency dedicated to maximizing the impact and ROI of marketing and sales initiatives for B2B companies. Outside the boardroom, Jason balances his professional pursuits with a passion for surfing and the outdoors, regularly chasing waves and adventure—even in the unlikely “surf Mecca” of Toronto.

Zac leads software strategy for the company, leveraging best-of-breed, and custom-built solutions to power the staffing organization. He started as a contractor developing a résumé site for one of Aquent’s founders in 1999. In 2000, he was asked to come on-board and launch Aquent’s in-house development team to move the company from a client/server application to the web. Zac now leads the software development, web, and product teams at HQ and looks for innovative ways to use technology to drive the business and create a competitive advantage. Zac holds a BA in philosophy and an MS in artificial intelligence.
