Joining Aquent as the Portland Market Manager in 2018, Tami built the company’s first lead-generation model and streamlined client onboarding, then went on to lead teams as Regional Director, Head of Sales, and Vice President of Revenue. She currently serves as Aquent Scout’s Chief Revenue Officer & Co-President of Operations. Tami is responsible for building high-performing, consultative teams that deliver operational excellence. Tami’s data-driven decision-making and emphasis on continuous feedback and collaboration have powered Aquent Scout’s expansion across Europe, APAC, and North America.
Along with connecting talent with opportunity worldwide, Tami co-founded Aquent’s Sales Peer Group and is also an active supporter of Every Body Athletics, advocating for inclusive group exercise for adults with disabilities.
