Your Direct Hire Consultant works closely with you to develop an extensive search brief outlining the role and skills you require.
Recruit and vet
Your Consultant identifies talent for your unique needs and vets them through video interviews, portfolio reviews, and skills assessments. They present the top 3-5 candidates to you.
A half-day interview session allows you to interview candidates back to back and work with your consultant to compare, contrast, and determine finalists.
Extend offer and close
