Since joining Aquent in 2005, he has supported clients across Retail, Manufacturing, Entertainment, Financial Services, and Technology—gaining an unparalleled understanding of how to build agile teams that meet the unique challenges of the Fortune 500. Phil currently oversees global client relationships with a focus on pioneering the next generation of tech-enabled talent solutions, helping brands navigate the rapidly evolving intersections of human intelligence and technological innovation.
Phil received his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University and, prior to Aquent, held leadership positions at a workforce solutions firm and a large financial services company.
