With over 15 years of leadership experience at Aquent, Noelle is responsible for developing strategic planning for one of Aquent's largest accounts, Microsoft. Managing all facets of sales and delivery—including driving growth—Noelle is a servant leader who understands the critical role her team plays in the success of the business and works closely with them to solve challenges for our clients.
Before joining Aquent, Noelle was a manager at Microsoft, leading technical team readiness. After earning her bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University, she was a high school English teacher before transitioning to technical writing and then project management at Sakson & Taylor.
