The Opportunity

As a key leader in our User Experience practice, you will drive design innovation by analyzing future trends, evaluating competitive landscapes, and translating deep customer insights into scalable, world-class design solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and business leaders to turn complex workflows into seamless, delightful interactive experiences. This role offers an incredible platform to champion user-centered design principles, influence strategic business decisions, and mentor the next generation of design talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support user experience strategy by evaluating competitive landscapes, analyzing industry trends, and creating compelling artifacts to align stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide associate designers in day-to-day UX design methodologies, principles, and professional growth.
• Design and develop comprehensive user interfaces, visual design specifications, and high-fidelity prototypes for complex, high-impact initiatives.
• Conduct end-to-end design research and user discovery, including qualitative/quantitative research, user journeys, storyboards, and contextual inquiries.
• Translate research insights, web analytics, and usability testing results into actionable recommendations that inform product and business strategies.
• Define and document interaction design details through process flows, site maps, wireframes, and functional specifications.
• Build and maintain strong functional partnerships across engineering, product management, and business teams to ensure seamless execution and quality assurance of designs.
• Advocate for scalable design solutions by contributing to site standards, style guides, and design pattern libraries.

What You Bring (Required Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or a related field with at least 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX, interactive/visual design, or multimedia design 
• Portfolio with case studies demonstrating expertise in data visualization, reporting and dashboards. 
• Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design patterns, and prototyping tools/techniques.
• Proven ability to conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into strategic design decisions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
