Are you a designer who excels at turning complex, dense scientific concepts into clear, engaging visual stories? We are seeking a detail-driven Senior Graphic Designer dedicated to our Medical Affairs and Strategy team.

In this role, you will be the primary maker transforming complex research findings, clinical data, and medical strategy into clean, digestible visual assets. You will partner directly with medical strategy leads, scientific reviewers, and healthcare communications managers to craft educational materials for healthcare providers (HCPs) and patients. Fluency in rapid chart and graph recreation, iconography, and high-impact presentation storytelling will be central to your day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scientific Data Visualization: Translate clinical data, trial results, and research papers into clear, accurate charts, graphs, infographics, and anatomical/scientific diagrams.
  • Medical Collateral & Presentations: Design high-stakes PowerPoint decks, medical educational one-pagers, scientific posters, and digital resources for HCPs and patient communities.
  • Template & Asset Enablement: Build and maintain scalable Adobe Express templates and asset libraries to help non-designer medical strategy leads create compliant, self-serve content.
  • Compliance & Medical Review: Navigate complex regulatory environments, iterating rapidly based on Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (CMLR/MLR) review board feedback.
  • Production Excellence: Ensure 100% typographic accuracy, strict brand compliance, and print/digital asset preparation without errors.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 4–7 years of graphic design experience in healthcare, biotech, medical communications, or an agency working with pharma clients.
  • Software: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Adobe Express, and advanced Microsoft PowerPoint. Basic familiarity with Figma is a plus.
  • Portfolio Must-Haves: Demonstrated examples of complex data visualization, scientific/medical infographic design, multi-page layout/editorial work, and executive/scientific slide decks. Applications without a portfolio link will not be reviewed.
  • Mindset: Extreme attention to detail (zero tolerance for typos or misaligned figures), intellectual curiosity for scientific concepts, and ability to handle regulated feedback loops.
