Ready to Shape How the World’s Biggest Tech Brands Measure Engagement?

We are looking for a sharp, proactive Marketing Analyst to step into a high-visibility regional marketing team covering the EMEA region.

This isn’t your typical backroom reporting role. You will be at the sharp end of B2B surround-sound marketing—measuring how industry bodies, media agencies, organic advocacy, and paid LinkedIn campaigns cut through the noise and engage top-tier advertising clients. If you love turning raw engagement metrics into commercial stories, exploring cutting-edge AI automation tools, and working alongside senior regional stakeholders, this one’s for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Decipher Surround-Sound Impact: Track, measure, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid media (LinkedIn), owned brand channels, and high-impact employee ambassador programmes.
  • Partner with Regional Teams: Serve as the trusted analytics partner to a central London marketing hub and collaborate across 11 regional EMEA teams to answer strategic business questions.
  • Empower Self-Serve Data: Maintain reporting pipelines and help marketing leads self-serve their campaign data to uncover what’s really moving the needle.
  • Maintain & Tweak Dashboards: Use foundational SQL, Google Sheets, and dashboarding platforms to clean incoming campaign data, troubleshoot metric discrepancies, and keep executive reports running smoothly.
  • Harness Cutting-Edge AI: Integrate modern AI tooling to automate workflows, accelerate data cleaning, and spot emerging audience trends faster.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: Around 3–4+ years in marketing analytics or commercial data analysis, ideally with exposure to B2B marketing landscapes.
  • Channel Savvy: Comfortable analysing multi-touch social and content channels—especially LinkedIn and executive advocacy programmes.
  • Hands-on with Data: Comfortable writing basic-to-intermediate SQL queries, comfortable navigating relational tables, and an expert in advanced spreadsheets and stakeholder presentations.
  • Dashboard Conversant: Prior experience reading, maintaining, or lightly editing dashboards (Looker Studio, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • Exceptional Communicator: Confident translating metrics into plain English for non-technical marketers and navigating fast-paced, ambiguous stakeholder environments.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Trailblazing Marketing: You will measure innovative, non-traditional marketing formats where standard playbooks don’t apply.
  • AI-First Tooling: Hands-on exposure to proprietary AI automation workflows that make routine reporting effortless.
  • Prime CV Stamp: Direct exposure to tier-one global advertising and EMEA-wide campaigns in an open, highly collaborative team culture.

*This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates by November 5th. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually. Thank you for taking the time to apply.
