About the Role

Are you a seasoned product thinker with a deep understanding of how people work, write, organize, and build? Do you thrive at the intersection of product strategy, systems design, and cutting-edge creation tools? We are looking for an exceptional UX Writer & Content Designer to drive the content strategy for a suite of widely used editor applications, including document creation, spreadsheets, presentations, forms, site building, video, and image editing. This role is critical in integrating AI capabilities to solve genuine user problems, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience across multiple distinct creation surfaces.

What You’ll Do

• Define conceptual frameworks, naming architectures, and end-to-end task flows, illustrating how traditional creation tools evolve into dynamic, modular AI platforms without disrupting core workflows.
• Structure system instructions, interaction heuristics for managing latency, uncertainty, and revision states, and develop multimodal feedback frameworks across text, voice, and visual outputs.
• Establish clear taxonomy across multiple product teams, building consensus with Product, Engineering, Research, and UX leads to ensure cohesive suite governance.
• Champion a tight, direct, and human product voice across high-visibility product strings, onboarding paths, and error-handling models, enhancing clarity and user trust.
• Contribute significantly to the strategic direction of product content, influencing design decisions and user interactions across a broad product ecosystem.
• Lead initiatives that blend advanced AI capabilities with intuitive content design, pushing the boundaries of user experience in creation tools.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading UX writing or product content strategy for complex enterprise or consumer software platforms.
• Pragmatic AI Fluency: A deep understanding of how to design for machine learning and Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities, translating complex technology into user-friendly experiences.
• Systems & Taxonomy Architecture: A proven track record of defining product hierarchies, terminology glossaries, and scalable content frameworks across multi-surface ecosystems.
• High-Caliber Writing Craft: Exceptional clarity in interface copy, information architecture, and microcopy, with an eye for detail and user empathy.
• Strong ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders across diverse product, engineering, research, and UX teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
