Are you a visionary visual space creator who knows how to make retail spaces come alive? We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Retail Brand Experience Manager (Global Franchise) to elevate our brand and product storytelling across our global franchise fleet.
In this role, you will bridge global direction and regional strategy—crafting best-in-class, flexible store solutions that drive conversion, boost brand equity, and deliver an unforgettable guest experience. If you live for retail innovation, cutting-edge visual strategy, and bringing iconic product storytelling to life across diverse store formats, this is your stage.
What You’ll Do
In-Store Marketing Strategy
- Drive Regional Calendars: Own and manage the Retail Brand Experience (RBE) calendar across franchise markets, collaborating with global teams and franchise partners to amplify key business moments.
- Tailor Global Campaigns: Adapt global and European creative concepts into high-impact, regionally tailored campaigns that resonate locally while maintaining global brand consistency.
- Market Insights & Innovation: Act as the voice of the franchise market—feeding regional insights back to the central EMEA team to shape future product presentation and long-term storytelling.
- Digital & Screen Content: Ensure franchise partners have the resources and strategy to deliver engaging, on-brand store screen content.
- Track Trends: Stay ahead of retail innovation and competitor trends across franchise markets, sharing actionable learnings to keep our stores ahead of the curve.
Visual Merchandising & Styling (VMS)
- Empower & Train: Develop and deliver in-market training tools, weekly/monthly visual plans, and resources to upskill store teams in world-class VMS standards.
- Optimise Guest Journeys: Partner with Store Design and Product teams on store layouts, zoning, New Store Openings (NSOs), and spatial optimisations—championing a “test and learn” mindset.
- Partner Collaboration: Build deep relationships with franchise partners and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Retail) to define priorities and understand unique regional business needs.
- Measure Success: Drive key performance metrics including sell-through rates, guest and team sentiment, brand awareness, and brand familiarity.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8 years’ experience creating compelling visual retail spaces for premium apparel or lifestyle brands.
- Franchise Expertise: Experience collaborating with global franchise partners is highly desirable.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success driving sales and guest engagement through innovative visual merchandising without compromising brand integrity.
- Resource Creation: Proven ability to design and deliver high-quality visual merchandising guidelines, tools, and training content.
- Global Perspective: Culturally sensitive viewpoint with international experience (or a strong global mindset).
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to connect directly with store teams and partners.
Who You Are
- Uniquely You: You value difference, bring your authentic self to work, and foster inclusivity.
- A Creative Problem Solver: Relentlessly curious, detail-oriented, and excited by novel, out-of-the-box solutions.
- A High-Energy Collaborator: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly juggling multiple projects with agility and enthusiasm.
- Growth-Minded: Practises self-awareness, seeks continuous personal development, and loves sharing knowledge.
- Active & Inspired: Appreciates the power of movement and wellness in daily life.
- Courageous: You lead with confidence, knowing the potential for greatness far outweighs the fear of failure.
