About the Role
Are you a visionary leader with a passion for transforming complex initiatives into tangible successes? We are seeking an exceptional individual to step into a pivotal program management role, where you will be instrumental in driving strategic programs that extend far beyond a single team, influencing multiple organizations and critical business outcomes. This is an incredible opportunity to leverage your expertise to orchestrate significant business, operational, and technical advancements, leaving a lasting mark on the company’s trajectory and its global impact. What You’ll Do
In this dynamic role, you will be the driving force behind complex, cross-functional programs, turning ambitious goals into measurable achievements. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating ambiguous challenges, fostering collaboration, and delivering solutions that enhance our client’s offerings and operations. You will:
- Independently define, drive, and own comprehensive program charters for moderately complex initiatives across multiple teams, meticulously outlining scope, timelines, OKRs, resourcing, and managing risks and dependencies.
- Translate ambiguous program visions into clear, actionable objectives and measurable milestones, determining the optimal level of program management required for each initiative.
- Develop detailed project plans, breaking down complex projects into discrete phases, identifying risks and dependencies, and proactively managing program constraints in alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Strategically determine program phasing and metrics to ensure continuous improvement and optimal resource stewardship, refining regular checkpoints and optimizing metrics dashboards.
- Ensure all stakeholders are fully aligned with strategic program pivots and their underlying rationale.
- Design and execute sophisticated program communication strategies, including crafting compelling executive and key partner communications, and articulately representing program progress across all touchpoints.
- Anticipate and proactively manage change management requirements, developing comprehensive rollout plans, conducting impact analyses, driving necessary pivots, monitoring progress, and resolving misalignments to define future change management needs.
- Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with senior program stakeholders, enabling effective decision-making, resolving prioritization conflicts, and proactively managing program escalations.
- Independently identify, collect, and analyze data essential for program governance, ensuring data-driven stakeholder decision-making.
- Maintain meticulous project trackers and status reports, executing program tasks, managing dependencies, and upholding values of product excellence, inclusion, and brand reputation.
- Innovate by creating automated processes to enhance program velocity and monitoring capabilities.
- Establish robust program governance structures, overseeing effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports, while leading productive program stakeholder meetings.
