We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a pivotal role in a critical global rollout of a cutting-edge enterprise timekeeping and payroll system. In this dynamic position, you will be instrumental in configuring, testing, and deploying essential functionalities that will underpin our client’s global workforce management strategy. Your contributions will directly influence operational efficiency and accuracy across diverse international teams, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system performance.

What You’ll Do

• Review, manage, and execute assigned user stories and tickets within Jira, ensuring clear understanding and accurate implementation.
• Configure and rigorously test lower environments for the UKG Pro WFM system, translating complex requirements into robust system settings.
• Perform comprehensive system testing and collaboratively review configurations with team members to ensure precision and quality.
• Actively participate in bi-weekly team syncs, providing updates on task progression and contributing to planning for upcoming project deliverables.
• Partner closely with cross-functional developers, configurators, and global business contacts to foster alignment and successful system deployment.

What You’ll Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• UKG / Ultimate Kronos Group Expertise: 3 to 5 years of direct, hands-on configuration experience with UKG platforms.
• UKG Pro WFM / Workforce Manager: 3+ years of dedicated system experience specifically with UKG Pro WFM.
• Kronos / Workforce Central: A strong background and hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Central (Kronos).
