We are seeking a dynamic individual to drive engagement and ensure seamless execution for one of our partner’s most significant accounts. What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and diverse stakeholders, bringing order to complexity.
• Collaborate closely with clients to define needs and translate them into clear, actionable briefs.
• Coordinate creative teams, production, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain project momentum and ensure no detail is overlooked, acting as a meticulous guardian of quality.
• Contribute to key initiatives such as annual reports, events, and critical stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate projects involving high-level and senior stakeholders, building trust and fostering understanding.
• Conduct thorough proofreading and content review, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Engage directly with various teams across the client’s business to gather insights and foster understanding.
• Provide crucial support for other client engagements as needed, demonstrating versatility and commitment.

Qualifications for Success

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for managing complex, multi-faceted projects. You might come from an agency account management, client services, project management, production, studio management, communications, or events background. What matters most is your ability to connect people and projects, ensuring exceptional outcomes.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience from a fast-paced agency or similar environment.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, supplier relationships, and competing priorities effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining project momentum.
• A natural relationship builder, comfortable engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Confident in interacting with senior stakeholders, yet equally adept at connecting with team members on the ground.
• Proactive in asking questions and initiating conversations with new contacts.
• Possesses sound judgment and the ability to work autonomously, making informed decisions.
• Innately personable, with a proven ability to build trust and foster strong, lasting relationships.
