About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to step into a pivotal role, where you will be instrumental in elevating digital marketing efforts. What You’ll Do

  • Manage digital marketing projects, including website updates, digital advertising, and other campaign tactics, in close partnership with senior marketing leadership.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure timely and effective execution of digital initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and digital partners to facilitate project delivery and proactively resolve any issues that may impact timelines or performance.
  • Support CRM and marketing automation activities, encompassing campaign setup, audience coordination, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with web, creative, analytics, and technology teams to align digital deliverables with overarching campaign objectives and requirements.
  • Apply your expertise in digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices to recommend and implement effective digital tactics.
  • Advise senior marketing leadership on digital strategies, channel opportunities, and execution considerations to support campaign goals.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of digital campaigns across web, digital advertising, email, CRM/marketing automation, and other digital channels.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, applying relevant knowledge to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development of campaign measurement plans, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret digital performance data and campaign results to derive actionable insights.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports and performance insights to inform strategic campaign decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital tactics, audience engagement, and campaign performance based on data and insights.
  • Support post-campaign analysis and provide recommendations for future campaigns.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a related certificate in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, marketing communications, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms, including websites, digital advertising, email, CRM/marketing automation, social media, and analytics.
  • Proven experience supporting the execution of digital marketing campaigns and translating marketing strategies or briefs into digital tactics and deliverables.
  • Experience coordinating digital projects, including managing timelines, deliverables, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using digital analytics and reporting tools to monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across marketing, creative, web, analytics, technology, and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage projects from planning through execution and reporting.

  • Experience in the healthcare sector.
