Our Marketplace team is seeking a high-velocity, strategic Marketing Program Manager to drive growth initiatives across our Marketplace portfolio and spearhead high-impact cross-functional partnerships. Sitting at the intersection of B2B seller acquisition and broad-scale consumer marketing, this role is the primary strategic engine unlocking growth opportunities across core footprint markets and expanding non-footprint territories.
This highly visible position requires a blend of strategic vision and an operational bias for action. You will identify shared resources, navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems, escalate roadblocks with urgency, and translate business opportunities into high-converting, full-funnel campaigns.
Strategic Growth & Expansion
- Cross-Market Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies across existing footprint markets while identifying and sourcing scalable channels for non-footprint expansion.
- Business Unit Integration: Partner across internal business units to capitalize on co-marketing opportunities—bridging B2B seller positioning with broad consumer engagement.
- Brand Positioning: Drive adoption of refined brand positioning and guidelines, ensuring cohesive messaging across diverse partner teams and stakeholder groups.
Program Execution & Leadership
- High-Urgency Execution: Direct concurrent marketing launches, establish clear timelines, and proactively escalate bottlenecks to maintain momentum.
- Full-Funnel Campaign Architecture: Deliver integrated campaigns supporting seller acquisition, engagement, and consumer pull-through across digital, owned, content, social, email, site, and experiential channels.
- Channel & Content Optimization: Oversee content strategy and social presence to align with overarching business goals and drive continuous brand pull-through.
Analytics & Performance
- Performance Analysis & QBRs: Define campaign KPIs, evaluate competitive dynamics, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to translate performance data into actionable strategic shifts.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on growth marketing, campaign management, or integrated marketing experience spanning both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Strategic Drive: Proven ability to act as a strategic driver first and an organized executor second—bringing clarity to ambiguity and synthesizing input from diverse stakeholders.
- Execution & Resilience: Strong bias for action, high sense of urgency, and the confidence to advocate for resources, navigate feedback, and make decisive calls in fast-paced environments.
- Market Expansion: Experience working with distributed footprint markets and navigating resource allocation for emerging or non-footprint regions.
- Data & Analytics: Solid analytical skills with experience measuring full-funnel campaign effectiveness, defining KPIs, and optimizing seller acquisition costs and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Communication: Superior written and verbal presentation skills, with comfort presenting to senior leadership and aligning cross-functional teams around high-profile goals.
Other Requirements
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50.00 to $55.00. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
