- Cross-Functional Content Curation: Work across product, sales, customer insights, and operations to curate and architect timely content that addresses distinct buyer personas.
- Partner with SMEs: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to translate complex technical specs and value propositions into accessible, engaging formats.
- Architect High-Impact Assets: Design and write materials such as shipper proof points, interactive competitive positioning guides, carrier acquisition frameworks, visual objection-handling cheat sheets, and modular solution playbooks.
- Apply UX & Information Architecture Principles: Structure complex logistics workflows, carrier economics, and data into scannable, user-friendly layouts that sales teams can easily navigate during live buyer interactions.
- Drive Distribution & Content Systems: Implement and refine sales content distribution strategies, maintaining structured content libraries and design systems to maximize asset reuse and seller efficiency.
- Persuasive Data Storytelling: Leverage original writing grounded in customer evidence, using layout hierarchy, data visualization, and compelling copy to highlight key freight and supply chain trends.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has a proven track record of building sales content programs and managing content design/UX writing in B2B logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
- Demonstrates expertise in information architecture, modular content design, and structural hierarchy to make complex technical data scannable and actionable.
- Possesses deep knowledge of sales content distribution strategies, asset management platforms, and content design best practices.
- Exhibits exceptional original writing and copyediting skills, capable of shaping narratives around customer evidence and carrier/shipper pain points.
- Combines a data-driven mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling, turning complex market data, carrier economics, and supply chain bottlenecks into clear commercial insights.
