Are you a highly driven Marketing Specialist ready to make a significant impact? In this pivotal role, you will spearhead large-scale marketing initiatives, driving projects from conception to successful execution. You will be a key individual contributor, directly influencing brand recognition and engagement for a leading product. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in a fast-paced environment, working with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver campaigns that resonate and achieve measurable results. Your strategic thinking and ability to integrate multiple projects will be crucial in ensuring maximized return on investment and elevating the brand’s presence globally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of mid-size to large-scale marketing campaigns and projects, from initial strategy to budget reconciliation and social media promotion.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive internal and external promotion plans to maximize awareness and drive generation, collaborating with growth, content, and design teams, and leveraging digital tools.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover new marketing opportunities and audience insights, informing strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to achieve business results, overseeing content positioning and program development to boost awareness and engagement across social, on-network, and off-network media channels.
  • Collaborate with senior marketing leadership to define project strategy and objectives, spearheading initiatives focused on drive generation, customer advocacy, and identifying sponsored project opportunities. Develop new virtual and physical experiences in partnership with marketing teams.
  • Manage and guide multiple media agencies, prioritizing their workflow to elevate day-to-day media execution.
  • Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure high-quality content and campaigns for media and social channels that reflect our brand voice and standards.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader, establishing best practices for advertising and aligning strategic efforts across broader marketing initiatives globally.
  • Lead efforts to analyze, track, and report on campaign and project ROI using CRM or other project management systems, focusing on pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics. Work closely with sales teams to maximize campaign impact and track effectiveness (e.g., drives generated, deals influenced, deals closed, cost per drive).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for managing large-scale, complex media planning, partnering with global media teams to scale strategies effectively.
  • Drive the development, implementation, and analysis of creative social media content, social selling programs, employee and leadership activation, and comprehensive measurement strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong external relationships with venues and suppliers/agencies, including contract negotiation, spatial and audiovisual planning, activation, swag, food and beverage, virtual suppliers, mailer gifting, and speaker agents.
  • Lead the development and implementation of pioneering marketing communications strategies to amplify media and public reach across all channels.
