Aquent is partnering with a major healthcare company to find a Senior Product Designer for a temporary, 4-6 month remote opportunity covering a maternity leave. In this role, you will support consumer-facing health experiences by designing high-impact mobile app features, clear data visualizations, and personalized recommendations that help members understand and act on their health progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, high-impact consumer-facing mobile app experiences focused on member health outcomes.
  • Create clear, actionable data visualizations to help users track and interpret their health progress.
  • Translate health data and algorithms into personalized, actionable recommendations within the product.
  • Integrate AI algorithms and AI design tooling directly into the product experience and workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to maintain high UI/UX craft and ensure seamless execution during team transitions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer with strong UI/UX craft and mobile app design expertise (5–8 years of experience).
  • Demonstrated track record of designing complex data visualizations and data-rich consumer user interfaces.
  • Ability to work autonomously, ramp up quickly, and maintain clear cross-functional communication in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience or active usage/curiosity leveraging AI tooling (e.g., Claude, Midjourney, DALL-E) within the product design workflow.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience designing data-rich consumer health or fitness applications (e.g., Fitbit, Apple Health, Whoop, Oura, or performance dashboards).
  • Background in the digital health or healthcare technology sector.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55–$60/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
