This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your project management and marketing expertise to ensure content accuracy, efficiency, and speed to market across multiple digital channels. You will be instrumental in shaping how essential information reaches its audience, directly contributing to the company’s mission and success.

What You’ll Do

• Work collaboratively within an Agile team to create, adapt, and manage promotional content.
• Develop and apply brand content expertise to ensure consistent and compliant application across all promotional materials.
• Support and guide the team in the maintenance, creation, and adaptation of content for various platforms.
• Partner with the team to define and develop content specifically for digital promotional materials.
• Collaborate closely with internal team members and external creative agency partners to regularly update and refresh content.
• Manage the input and update of content and metadata within relevant systems.
• Oversee multiple operational projects simultaneously, guiding them through the entire review process from concept kickoff to final approval.
• Actively participate in review meetings for promotional pieces, implementing necessary changes as instructed.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring smooth project progression.
• Provide essential support to the Agile team with various tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-3 years of combined project and marketing experience.
• Proven production experience in guiding promotional materials through various stages and working effectively under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A process-oriented mindset with a keen eye for identifying and implementing process improvements.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Knowledge of Agile Methodology.
• Experience with Veeva PromoMats.
• Prior experience working in a regulated industry.
