We are seeking a pivotal team member to act as the essential link between external healthcare partners and internal laboratory operations. In this dynamic position, you will directly influence client satisfaction and operational efficiency, ensuring that vital laboratory outreach services run smoothly. Your work will be instrumental in optimizing workflows, fostering strong client relationships, and supporting key growth initiatives, profoundly impacting the provision of essential medical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, proactively managing their needs and coordinating timely issue resolution across various internal teams.
- Deliver continuous outreach customer training and education on specimen collection requirements, ordering workflows, and adherence to laboratory compliance standards.
- Oversee and expertly manage customer courier operations, including tracking service requests, resolving route or pickup concerns, and auditing vendor invoices for accurate cost allocation.
- Contribute to strategic business growth by assisting with marketing initiatives, diligently tracking campaign leads, and executing semi-annual customer satisfaction surveys.
- Prepare and present clear, professional operational summaries, comprehensive client feedback reports, and critical escalation updates to executive leadership.
- Coordinate the efficient fulfillment of client supply requests and ensure the secure, timely distribution of printed test requisitions and essential test results.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a work-related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in client-facing roles, engaging with customers, healthcare providers, or patients.
- Demonstrated intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a strong aptitude for quickly learning new software systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to maintain composure and deliver impactful presentations to executive-level stakeholders.
- Proven organizational and critical-thinking skills, enabling independent prioritization of evolving tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Direct experience in customer relationship management (CRM), account management, or client-facing service coordination within a healthcare or laboratory setting.
- A background in supporting marketing campaigns, outreach engagement initiatives, or business expansion plans.
