Our client, a B2B-focused agency, is seeking a part-time Digital Media Specialist to execute and optimize paid digital media campaigns.
- HOURS: Part-time contract (baseline ~5 hours/week, up to 10 hours/week depending on campaign volume and reporting cadence)
- LOCATION: Remote
- DURATION: 6 months with the potential to extend
What You’ll Do
~ Build and manage paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and display platforms
~ Create audience targeting strategies aligned to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs
~ Build campaign structures and manage campaign budgets
~ Launch and QA campaigns across advertising platforms
~ Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on results
~ Manage A/B testing strategies
~ Build dashboards and weekly performance reports
~ Recommend optimization opportunities based on campaign data
~ Work closely with designers to ensure creative follows platform best practices
~ Collaborate with clients on campaign strategy and reporting
~ Stay current on platform updates and emerging advertising capabilities

~ You understand how creative, audience targeting, messaging, and optimization work together.
~ You enjoy testing, learning, and continuously improving campaign performance.
~ You understand how to target specific audiences and accounts within the advertising platforms.
Qualifications
~ 5-7 years of digital advertising experience
~ Strong experience managing LinkedIn Campaign Manager
~ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
~ Experience building and optimizing B2B demand generation campaigns
~ Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and attribution
~ Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
