This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong visual craft with storytelling, practical production skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to create scalable, polished content for a broad customer audience.
This role involves close collaboration with content leads, designers, and cross-functional partners to develop modern, accessible, and easy-to-use templates and documents. The ideal candidate can translate creative direction into clean, well-structured files that are visually compelling, technically sound, and aligned to quality standards.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong graphic design craft, including typography, layout, color, composition, hierarchy, and visual balance
• Experience designing templates, presentations, documents, and workbooks across PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Ability to create polished, production-ready files, aligned to guidelines, that are easy for customers to use and adapt
• Strong understanding of template systems, including reusable layouts, consistent styling, and scalable design patterns
• Detail-oriented approach to formatting, alignment, spacing, accessibility, and file quality
• Comfort working across multiple document types and adjusting design decisions based on content, audience, and use case
• Ability to follow creative guidance, apply feedback quickly, and maintain consistency across high-volume work
• Understanding of how to integrate AI into content and design flows, while ensuring the right balance with a human-in-the-loop
• Collaborative, proactive communication style with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines

What You’ll Do
• Design and build high-quality templates for PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel workbooks.
• Create layouts, visual systems, and reusable design components that support a wide range of customer scenarios.
• Apply strong design judgment to ensure every template is clear, polished, accessible, and easy to customize.
• Format and refine files for consistency, including typography, spacing, alignment, color, imagery, tables, charts, and content hierarchy.
• Translate creative briefs and content requirements into practical, customer-ready template designs.
• Support template production workflows by creating, editing, and quality-checking files across apps.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product partners to incorporate feedback and improve template quality.
• Maintain strong attention to file structure, usability, accessibility, and cross-platform presentation quality.

Minimum Qualifications
• 2–4 years of graphic design experience with a graphic design portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, composition, and visual design skills.
• Experience designing professional content in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of template design, presentation design, document layout, and workbook formatting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience using design tools such as Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud and demonstrated experience using AI tools.
• Ability to follow creative direction, interpret briefs, and apply feedback efficiently.
• Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience creating customer-facing templates or business content for broad audiences.
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices for presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.
• Experience designing within established brand systems or design guidelines.
• Strong production-design discipline, including file cleanup, formatting precision, and quality control.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and feedback loops.
