About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented marketing professional to spearhead the execution and analysis of our field marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) programs. In this role, you will be instrumental in orchestrating engaging campaigns, from initial concept to post-event follow-up, ensuring every initiative is meticulously planned and flawlessly executed. You will be the driving force behind lead generation and customer engagement, collaborating closely with sales leadership to identify strategic opportunities and optimize our outreach efforts. Your work will directly translate into accelerated pipeline growth and enhanced customer relationships, making a significant impact on our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and analyze field marketing campaigns and ABM initiatives, including events, webinars, and digital marketing, to drive engagement and lead generation directly and with partners.
  • Coordinate all details for event preparation and execution, ensuring programs adhere to provided budgets.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to prioritize and select campaigns, trade shows, and industry events for execution.
  • Conduct thorough event venue research, identifying suitable facilities, meeting spaces, and dining options.
  • Build engaging event landing and registration pages to maximize attendee sign-ups.
  • Develop comprehensive event briefs and field guides documenting all program details.
  • Provide support for procurement systems and processes, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoice processing.
  • Create marketing platform campaigns for programs and manage target list uploads.
  • Develop targeted lists focused on the best prospects to generate leads, accelerate pipeline growth, and increase customer retention.
  • Manage post-event data to facilitate effective follow-up by marketing and sales teams with target accounts.
  • Keep business development representatives (BDRs) informed of event details, pre/post activities, and key topics.
  • Build newsletter content to keep sales teams informed of upcoming events, activities, and campaigns in their respective areas.
  • Develop post-event email templates for follow-up to ensure continued engagement with attendees.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, including account engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing or Growth Marketing within technology companies.
  • An outcome-oriented mindset with a proven track record of driving actual business results, such as user growth and revenue.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • An obsessive approach to data and metrics, with a strong ability to analyze not only email data but also clickstream data.
  • Deep knowledge in customer segmentation, email deliverability, and compliance regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build and optimize complex workflows and automations.
  • Fluency in a variety of tools commonly found in the modern marketing stack, including marketing automation platforms, ad platforms, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to create new email templates quickly, with knowledge of HTML and email frameworks.
  • Familiarity with key marketing acronyms such as CTR, CTOR, CAC, CPA, CR, LTV, CRM, CSS, and others.
  • Strong skills in list management.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Ability to write SQL is a strong plus.
