What You’ll Do
- Create thoughtful visual concepts for digital marketing campaigns, web experiences, and brand initiatives.
- Translate brand strategy into engaging creative that is distinctive, consistent, and effective.
- Explore multiple creative directions, iterate quickly, and present clear design rationale.
- Collaborate with writers, strategists, researchers, developers, and marketers across a global organization to bring visions to life.
- Contribute to the evolution of the visual language and design system, leaving your mark on the brand’s aesthetic.
- Use research, accessibility best practices, and user feedback to inform creative decisions, ensuring inclusive and effective designs.
- Leverage modern AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, exploration, and production while applying strong design judgment.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, interaction design, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio and practical experience).
- A portfolio that demonstrates original thinking, strong visual craft, and an ability to solve communication challenges, not just polished execution.
- An independent thinker who is comfortable working through ambiguity and proposing original ideas.
- Strong visual craft, typography, layout, composition, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Familiarity with design systems and collaborating effectively with front-end developers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a global team environment.
