To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
- Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
- Have flexibility with schedule. Shifts will be on a rotating basis, including weekends.

What You’ll Do
- Greet patients warmly and initiate the registration process, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Accurately collect and record payments at the point-of-service delivery, maintaining secure handling protocols.
- Develop a strong understanding of various health insurance coverage options, related processes, and procedures.
- Address routine patient inquiries and concerns, performing service recovery as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with various staff members, medical professionals, and patients through telephone, email, and in-person communication regarding registration and admitting services.
- Process all necessary admission and registration paperwork, obtaining required documents for billing and compliance.
- Meet individual productivity and key performance indicators as set by department leadership.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals encountered throughout the day.
- Escalate complex registration issues or advanced patient concerns to more experienced team members.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at a level appropriate for the job.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to the functional area.
- Foundational knowledge of medical terminology and various insurance types, including government and commercial plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
