Our agency client is looking for a freelance Senior Martech Solutions Architect. This position focuses on the backend management of data, including setting up integrations, creating robust data pipelines, and meticulously cleansing or manipulating data for storage in various environments. The Talent will play a vital role in enabling our strategy teams to confidently utilize clean, reliable data to derive insights and deliver informed recommendations to clients, without needing to engage in client-facing campaign performance analysis themselves.
This is a remote, adhoc role approx 10-20 hours per week for 2+ months
The client is looking for someone who has spent years implementing enterprise Martech solutions, can confidently lead technical conversations with clients, translate business requirements into solution designs, and then either configure the platforms themselves or direct an implementation team.
Technical Experience:
- CRM: Salesforce, MS Dynamics, HubSpot
- Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Adtech/ABM: Demandbase, 6Sense, LinkedIn, Influ2, Google Ads
- Integrations: REST APIs, Zapier
- Technical: JavaScript, HTML, Python, SQL
- Experience with Clay would be a huge bonus
Responsibilities:
- Set up and connect data integrations from various sources.
- Create and maintain robust data pipelines.
- Cleanse and manipulate raw data to ensure accuracy and standardization.
- Push data into various storage environments such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Google BigQuery, or Microsoft Azure.
- Support reporting and analytics functions by ensuring data quality and accessibility.
- Work with media platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Assist in setting up triggers, events, and tags within Google Tag Manager (GTM) for proper data capture.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and deliver reliable data sets.
Qualifications:
- Proven proficiency with Structured Query Language (SQL) and Python for data management.
- Experience with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for data integration.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms for data integration workflows, such as Funnel IO and Zapier.
- Experience working with data storage environments like Google BigQuery or Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Experience with the tool “Clay” is a significant plus, though training will be provided for the right Talent.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage an ad-hoc workload of 10-20 hours per week.
- Located in Canada or on the East Coast of the United States, or willing to work East Coast hours.
- Expected to have own equipment; some projects may require specific VDI access or client-provided email.
