Are you a highly organized and strategic individual passionate about enabling executive leadership to operate at peak efficiency? We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to join a pivotal team that forms the operational backbone for senior leadership. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving critical business rhythms, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional execution, directly contributing to the organization’s success and strategic direction. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, influencing strategic roadmaps and ensuring seamless operational flow. Your work will directly support high-level decision-making and the execution of key organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive efficiency within the organization’s rhythm of business (ROB).
  • Partner with leadership teams to develop strategic roadmaps and track progress against key initiatives.
  • Manage and support the rhythm of business for leadership teams, including staff meetings and all-hands events.
  • Drive business planning, objective key results (OKRs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and strategic initiatives.
  • Own organizational communications, including content generation for newsletters and staff meetings.
  • Drive OKR development, tracking, and management across the organization.
  • Manage cross-team projects and ad hoc business initiatives as needed to meet evolving business needs.
  • Engage in and execute aspects of projects/programs for larger areas, including strategic efforts that require hands-on experience across multiple disciplines.
  • Support recognition and awards programs, including stakeholder coordination and project management.
  • Provide operational support to multiple leadership team members as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • More than 12 months of professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, quickly shifting context.
  • Strong initiative and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information responsibly.
  • Comprehensive background check required.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience supporting leadership or executive offices.
  • Proven ownership of rhythm of business cadences, planning processes, and organizational operations.
  • Strong project/program management skills.
  • Executive-level communication skills.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders and teams.
