What You’ll Do

• Conduct and facilitate Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring smooth and productive team interactions.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination, meticulously tracking and following up on external dependencies to keep projects on schedule.
• Proactively help teams identify risks and dependencies, working closely with internal and external teams to effectively manage and mitigate them.
• Regularly monitor and report on key metrics such as velocity and burn down, providing insights into team performance and project health.
• Manage the Product Backlog in close collaboration with product owners, ensuring it is well-defined, maintained, and strategically prioritized.
• Maintain a clean and updated backlog, ensuring accurate status, target dates, and appropriate linking of user stories to features and epics.
• Act as a shield for the team, protecting them from interruptions and distractions to maximize focus and productivity.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and visibility across the team, promoting shared ownership and clear communication.
• Cultivate a trusting and open team environment where problems and concerns can be raised and addressed constructively without fear of blame.
• Guide the team on their journey to achieving higher levels of Agile maturity, promoting sustainable practices and continuous growth.

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated expertise in Agile project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with various agile project management tools.
• Proven ability to effectively manage and guide a scrum team.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders from diverse departments and project teams.
• Exceptional ability to quickly comprehend complex stakeholder ecosystems and efficiently remove impediments.
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree.

Nice-to-Haves

• ScrumMaster certification.
• Experience with change management activities, including:
  • Developing and executing stakeholder communications.
  • Facilitating productive meetings with stakeholders.
  • Supporting training initiatives and activities.
  • Identifying gaps and/or refining requirements based on stakeholder conversations.
  • Prioritizing work or activities effectively based on stakeholder feedback and project schedules.
  • Identifying and resolving gaps within a given activity or process.
• Experience running daily stand-ups, engaging with various delivery teams, acting as a liaison, attending working group sessions, and supporting daily tasks for internal teams.
• Experience working with various delivery teams, including those focused on credit collections, contract analytics, back-office analytics, and AI/Automation analytics.
• “Home Run” Skills:
  • High proficiency in ADO for project management and backlogging.
  • Data Analytics skills in Sequel, Python, or a related field.
  • Ability to package and present delivery work effectively in executive-level reports.
