Aquent is partnering with a leading organization at the forefront of global health innovation, dedicated to improving lives through groundbreaking advancements. We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join their collaborative creative team. This is an exciting opportunity to significantly impact how vital information is visually communicated, enhancing brand presence and supporting critical initiatives that reach diverse audiences worldwide. You will play a pivotal role in translating complex concepts into compelling visual narratives, directly contributing to the organization’s mission and the well-being of countless individuals.

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis.  C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Be able to work the following schedule:  Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST

Make Your Mark: Key Responsibilities

As a core member of the creative studio, you will be instrumental in bringing strategic visions to life. Your contributions will directly influence the effectiveness and reach of crucial communications, ensuring clarity, compliance, and engagement across all platforms.

  • Design and produce high-quality creative assets for a diverse range of platforms, including print, responsive web, and rich media.
  • Collaborate closely with Lead Designers and Creative Managers, transforming initial concepts into polished, production-ready designs.
  • Skillfully apply art direction and integrate feedback to refine and elevate design work, consistently delivering exceptional results.
  • Efficiently build and manage creative files, adhering strictly to project specifications and established brand standards.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of production and media requirements, applying this knowledge to optimize design execution.
  • Present design concepts with clarity and conviction, effectively articulating their alignment with project goals and strategic objectives.
  • Ensure all creative outputs meticulously comply with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, legal standards, and promotional review processes.
  • Adhere to established Content Studio workflows, file management protocols, and team operating procedures.
  • Provide dedicated creative support to therapeutically aligned teams within a dynamic and collaborative studio environment.
  • Actively pursue continuous professional development, enhancing design skills and staying abreast of the latest tools and industry best practices.
  • Contribute positively to a high-performing, supportive, and innovative creative team culture.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, encompassing both print and digital mediums.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including its use for design systems, prototyping, and digital layout design.
  • 2+ years of comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
  • 1 year of experience utilizing prototyping software, HTML, video editing tools, and other web design applications.
  • A strong creative portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital design projects.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience within pharmaceutical marketing or another highly regulated industry.
  • Previous experience with Veeva.
  • Experience working with derivative content
