We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive the development of cutting-edge user interfaces. In this pivotal role, you will have the unique opportunity to directly influence product direction, translating complex technical requirements into seamless and engaging user experiences that delight our customers. Your contributions will be instrumental in defining the usability and aesthetic appeal of our next generation of offerings, making a tangible impact on how users interact with technology every day.
**What you will do:**
* Engage with business development teams and customers to gain a deep understanding of business problems and goals.
* Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine design feasibility within time and cost constraints.
* Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
* Design, develop, and modify software systems, utilizing scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure design outcomes and consequences.
* Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications, layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications.
**What you will bring:**
* **Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Extensive experience in software design and development.
* Proven expertise in professional UI development.
* Demonstrated experience with data-driven UI development.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
* 10+ years of relevant experience.
