Are you a passionate Human Resources professional with a knack for performance management and a vision for leveraging data and technology to revolutionize HR? We are seeking a dynamic HR Consultant to join a team dedicated to supporting managers and employees through expert consultation and strategic guidance. In this pivotal role, you will directly influence organizational effectiveness, enhance manager capabilities, and contribute to a thriving workplace culture by implementing scalable, data-driven solutions. Your work will not only solve complex HR challenges but also proactively shape the future of how HR delivers value, making a tangible impact on the success of the organization and its people.

**What you’ll do:**

* Coach and advise managers and employees on intricate workplace matters, leveraging data and insights to formulate informed recommendations.
* Deliver expert consultation on career progression, performance management, workplace conduct, and policy interpretation.
* Collaborate effectively with HR Business Partners to advance strategic people priorities and initiatives.
* Design and implement scalable, automated solutions aimed at enhancing manager effectiveness and minimizing manual efforts across the entire HR lifecycle.
* Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, improve decision-making quality, and free up time for higher-impact consulting work.
* Partner across a matrixed environment, including HR, Legal, and Compliance, to develop and refine local policies and practices.
* Lead the diagnosis and resolution of increasingly complex issues related to policy, culture, or employee relations concerns, collaborating with HR and Legal as needed, while upholding a safe and professional work environment.
* Identify and escalate trends in employee relations, working with partners to implement solutions that mitigate recurring issues and enhance overall outcomes.
* Provide expert consulting to managers and employees on HR programs, processes, and initiatives, influencing decision-making through strong judgment and context-based insights.
* Utilize data-driven insights to anticipate training and capability needs, recommending and delivering targeted solutions such as training or communications.
* Evaluate HR processes for opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency, partnering with HR operations and technology teams to design and scale solutions.
* Apply organizational values and HR policies across programs such as leave, retirement, immigration, and performance management, ensuring compliance and consistency.
* Embody the organization’s culture and values in all interactions.

**What you’ll bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Foundational experience in Human Resources, employee relations, or a closely related field.
* Demonstrated experience providing performance management consultation to managers.
* Working knowledge of performance management practices and HR policies.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of building trust with managers and employees.
* Sound judgment and the ability to apply impartiality and objectivity in complex situations.
* Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience working within a large or matrixed organization.
