As a pivotal Program Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving transformative initiatives, leading complex programs that span across multiple teams and organizational boundaries. You will not only identify and organize key activities but also spearhead the successful delivery of significant business, operational, and technical improvements. Your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in navigating ambiguous cross-functional challenges, ensuring seamless change management, and aligning senior stakeholders to achieve impactful outcomes that resonate across the organization.

**Responsibilities:**

* Independently define, drive, and own comprehensive program charters for moderately complex programs, encompassing scope, timelines, objectives and key results (OKRs), resourcing, and risk/dependency management across multiple teams.
* Translate broad, ambiguous program goals into clear, actionable, and measurable objectives and milestones.
* Determine and implement the most effective level of program management required for each initiative.
* Develop detailed project plans that segment work into discrete phases, align with stakeholder needs, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively address program constraints.
* Independently establish program phasing and define metrics to drive continuous improvement, including strategic resource stewardship.
* Optimize regular checkpoints and metric dashboards, ensuring stakeholders are fully aligned on the rationale behind any program pivots.
* Design and execute optimized program communication plans, including crafting communications for executive leadership and key partners.
* Articulately represent the program across all internal and external touchpoints.
* Proactively anticipate change management requirements and independently develop comprehensive rollout plans, including thorough impact analysis.
* Drive pivots that necessitate change management, monitor rollout progress, and resolve any misalignments, while also defining future change management needs.
* Cultivate trusted relationships with senior program stakeholders to facilitate proactive and effective decision-making.
* Resolve prioritization misalignments among stakeholders and proactively manage program escalations.
* Independently identify and collect necessary data to govern programs effectively and inform stakeholder decisions.
* Maintain accurate project trackers and status reports.
* Identify and execute program tasks, proactively managing dependencies, while upholding high standards of quality, inclusivity, and brand integrity.
* Create automated processes to enhance operational velocity and monitoring capabilities.
* Define the program governance structure, ensuring effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports.
* Lead and facilitate effective program stakeholder meetings.

**Required Qualifications:**

* 5 years of experience in program or project management.
* Demonstrated experience working with user experience (UX) and Design Systems.
