Product Designer
Overview
Placement Type:
N/A
Salary:
$55-65 Hourly
Start Date:
Jul 20, 2026
Join a leading energy provider’s clean energy division as the first and foundational Product Designer for a brand-new product team. You will partner directly with Product Managers to stand up and scale a highly visible web application and customer service portal.
This isn’t just about executing pixels—it’s about defining the design strategy from scratch. If you love broad ownership, thrive in autonomous environments, and enjoy turning complex enterprise data into clean user journeys, we want to talk to you.
Top Skills & Must-Haves:
- 3+ Years of Enterprise or B2B Product Design Experience: Proven track record owning complex, high-user workflows (such as internal tools, customer service portals, or transaction journeys).
- Autonomy & Comfort with Ambiguity: Experience acting as a sole designer or a foundational hire on a new product team. Ability to self-direct, gather conflicting requirements, and lead alignment workshops without a pre-existing blueprint.
- Design System Implementation: Hands-on experience contributing to, maintaining, or migrating applications into a unified design system (experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System/SLDS is a major plus, but migrating from Material Design/other frameworks is highly acceptable).
- End-to-End UX Research: Ability to independently run the entire research lifecycle (prototyping, writing test scripts, executing tests on platforms like UserTesting, and performing cross-functional insight readouts).
