Are you ready to make a significant impact on inventory flow and product availability? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a pivotal supply chain team as a Distribution Analyst. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that products reach customers efficiently, playing a direct part in optimizing distribution strategies and enhancing the customer experience. Your expertise will directly influence product launches, inventory health, and overall operational success, contributing significantly to the company’s market leadership.

**PLEASE NOTE: This role requires working onsite 2 days a week, the rest are remote**

**Responsibilities:**

* Allocate new and key promotional items to meet in-store launch dates.
* Replenish core inventory for designated product lines from the distribution center to retail locations.
* Manage and address inventory-related requests from retail locations.
* Serve as an internal contact for inventory requests or concerns related to specific product lines.
* Plan and execute inventory builds for marketing-supported events and promotions.
* Perform ad hoc in-stock and sales analysis at the retail level to improve inventory availability.
* Collaborate with planning and merchandising teams to identify and communicate sales and inventory trends or issues.
* Contribute to a culture that values client service, innovation, expertise, balance, respect, teamwork, and initiative.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* 2 years of experience in inventory management or allocation within a retail environment.
* Strong proficiency in Excel.
* Excellent numerical aptitude; capable of compiling and interpreting statistical reports.
* Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities effectively.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexible and a collaborative team player.
