Are you a visionary Senior Product Designer ready to shape the future of user experience for impactful healthcare products? We are seeking a dynamic individual to play a pivotal role in defining and delivering exceptional consumer experiences globally. In this exciting opportunity, you will partner directly with Product and Engineering teams, transforming complex challenges into intuitive, user-centric solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in cultivating a culture of human-centered design, driving innovation, and making a tangible difference in how users interact with our essential offerings.
**Responsibilities**
* Apply fluency and experience in the design thinking process to all projects.
* Drive a unified user experience in collaboration with colleagues, business, and technology leaders, adapting to organizational changes.
* Provide key contributions to innovative, successful products, engaging in all phases of Product Design: distilling research, design ideation, prototyping, final specification design, and implementation.
* Integrate Design within the Consumer Experience and digital development process, advocating for Human-centered design across digital initiatives, partner organizations, and stakeholder groups.
* Collaborate with Product Design Leads to define product design and experience for our digital initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
* Ensure Design consistently delivers the best creative thinking to the product, business, and customer, within committed timeframes.
* Evangelize and share best practices in striving to achieve our unified experience and design principles.
* Define and apply user-centric design measurement criteria, conducting tests to ensure the User Experience delivers positive results.
* Drive and document product design standards and patterns across products systemically.
* Collaborate with the team on process improvements and tool implementation to support those processes.
* Develop, implement, and foster continuous customer relationships and UX and Design opportunities.
* Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, effectively engaging with a global enterprise organization and adapting to diverse audiences.
**Must-Have Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience designing products.
* A dynamic design portfolio showcasing your design process and shipped products.
* Experience with iterative design sprints and lean, Agile development processes.
* Proven Product Design skills and practical application of Human-Centered design methods that meet user needs and business goals.
* Demonstrated ability to navigate complex problems in developing holistic solutions for products and their UX ecosystems.
* Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard design tools.
* Knowledge and experience with Design Systems and various platform human interface guidelines, including iOS, Android, and connected systems.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
* Experience sketching, concept creation, wireframing, producing information architecture, sitemaps, and user flows, with tap-able/clickable rapid design prototypes.
* Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate positions, and advocate designs.
* A vibrant and engaging communicator capable of presenting concepts and ideas to all levels of the company.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**
* Master’s degree in a relevant field.
* Additional design skills in related fields, including filmmaking, motion design, or multimedia design.
* Familiarity with healthcare or health technology.
The target hiring compensation for this role is $65-70/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
