In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between advanced engineering and hands-on project execution. You’ll become the technical cornerstone for complex aircraft systems, directly influencing fleet reliability and the successful implementation of major modifications. **What You’ll Do:**

* Provide expert technical ownership and guidance for inflight entertainment and connectivity systems.
* Contribute significantly to fleet-wide engineering initiatives, driving innovation and standardization across the organization.
* Act as a primary technical liaison during installations, offering crucial on-site support to resolve engineering challenges and uphold stringent quality standards.
* Diligently track project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues or delays to keep projects on schedule.
* Ensure all stakeholders are consistently informed with timely and accurate updates, fostering transparency and collaboration.

**What You’ll Bring:**

* **Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Proven engineering background with experience in complex technical systems, ideally within an aviation or similar highly regulated industry.
* Demonstrated ability to take technical ownership of systems, ensuring their reliability and performance.
* Experience contributing to and driving engineering initiatives across multiple platforms or systems.
* Strong project management acumen, including tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide effective on-site technical support.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of keeping diverse stakeholders informed and engaged.
